Whether you're sharing completed media with active Studio users or external stakeholders who don't have an active account, we make both options easy!
1. Sharing Media with Existing Users
In the upper right corner of the media you wish to share, select the three dots to open the list of options that are available for that video. Click on “Copy link to media” to generate a link to share the video with a recipient who has an active Studio account.
2. Sharing Media with Non Active Users
In the upper right corner of the video you wish to share, select the three dots to open the list of options that are available for that video. Click on "Copy external link" to generate a link that is shareable with an external stakeholder who may not have an active Studio account. Anyone who clicks on that link will have the ability to view the video.
