Fees for Rescheduling or Cancellation

The following schedule of fees may apply when rescheduling / cancelling your onsite video production:

  • Within 10 days of the production date: 15% of the production cost

  • Within 4 days of the production date: 20% of the production cost

  • Within 24 hours of the production date: 25% of the production cost

Note: If your onsite production is part of an overall MarketScale subscription, we use our fixed rate to add an additional production to calculate these percentage-based fees.

Why Fees?

Planning an onsite video production requires significant coordination and resources. When you cancel or reschedule last-minute, it can lead to additional costs for rebooking crew, equipment, and logistics. These partial fees help us offset those expenses and remain flexible in rescheduling your production.

How We Process Your Payment

Applicable fees are a percentage of the total cost of the onsite production. If you already have a credit card saved with us, fees will be charged directly to that card. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent to your Accounts Payable contact of record.

Questions?

If you have any additional questions or concerns about postponing, canceling, or any associated fees, please reach out to our support team or your MarketScale Strategist. We’re here to help and will work with you to find the best solution for your production needs.
