How do I control the logo that appears on my public request forms?

The logo on public request forms is controlled by your Channel branding settings, not Brand Books.

Updated today

The logo on your public request forms comes from your Channel branding settings — not from a Brand Book. Here's how to update it and where it shows up.

How to update your request form logo

  1. Go to your Channel.

  2. Open Channel settings > Channel Branding.

  3. Upload or replace the logo image.

  4. Save. The new logo will automatically appear on every public request form tied to this Channel.

Why Brand Books don't control this

Brand Books control branding for finished content and assets — fonts, color palettes, and overlays applied during editing. Request forms are a public-facing entry point, so they pull directly from the Channel branding layer instead.

Where your Channel logo appears

  • Public request forms

  • Amplify and Engage pages tied to the Channel

  • Email invitations sent from the Channel

Logo specs

For best results, use a PNG with transparent background, at least 512×512 px. Wide horizontal logos render well on forms; square logos work best for social sharing.

Logo not updating?

Clear your browser cache or open an incognito window to confirm. Public forms can cache assets for a few minutes after an update.
