How to export data from AI Visibility

Where to find the Export button on Prompts, Citations, Sentiment, and Market Landscape Raw Data. CSV and Excel formats. Filters carry through to the export. Access your project's download history under the Exports tab in TOOLS.

Every table in AI Visibility is exportable. Click the Export button on the page you're looking at, and a CSV or Excel file lands on your machine. Use exports when you need to share a dataset offline, layer it into a spreadsheet model, or hand it off to a teammate who doesn't have an AI Visibility seat.

Where Export buttons live

Most tables and reports have a dedicated Export button in the top right of the section. The most-used ones:

  • Prompts. Top right of the Tracked Prompts table.

  • Citations. Top right of the Citation Sources table.

  • Sentiment. Top right of the Sentiment by Brand table.

  • Market Landscape. The Raw Data tab is built for export.

If a page doesn't have an Export button visible, check the section-level controls. Most data tables in the platform are exportable.

What you get

Most exports capture the data as you have it filtered on screen, including date range, competitor selection, model filters, and tag filters. Filter first, then export.

Two file formats are available:

  • CSV. Plain comma-separated values. Use this for downstream automation, BI tools, or any spreadsheet program.

  • Excel. XLSX with headers preserved. Use this when you're sending the file to a stakeholder who works in Excel.

Track exports in the Exports tab

Click Exports in the left navigation under TOOLS to see a history of every export your project has run. Useful for re-downloading a file you already pulled or auditing what's been shared offline.

Pro Tip: The live dashboards are the source of truth. Exports are snapshots. If you find yourself exporting the same data weekly to email it around, that data probably belongs in a shared dashboard view or a recurring read-only link, not a recurring CSV.
