How to build your Brand tab in Channel Brain

Fill your brand's voice, colors, fonts, products, and language so every AI action reflects the real brand, not a generic one.

The Brand tab is your brand's fingerprint: the structured data every AI action reads before it writes a word or cuts a frame. This is for the Admin who wants the AI to sound and look like the real brand from the first draft.

Work through the brand sections

The Brand tab is a stack of section cards, each backed by a simple form. Fill the ones that define you:

  • Overview. Description, industry, website, locations, and company facts. The foundation everything else builds on.

  • Colors and fonts. Your primary and secondary fonts and your brand colors, so generated assets and edits match your look.

  • Voice and tone. Sliders that set how formal, playful, or bold the writing runs. This is what stops AI copy from sounding like everyone else's.

  • Products, services, and values. What you sell and what you stand for, named specifically so MarketScale leads with the right things.

  • Language. The words and phrases to use, and the ones to avoid. Small list, huge impact.

  • AI Writing. Channel-level writing styles MarketScale applies across your content.

Let AI fill the blanks, then you confirm

Click Fill with AI to populate empty fields from your website. It writes only into empty fields, so it never overwrites your work. Results apply in real time and the tab updates as they land. Treat the output as a fast first draft, then correct anything the crawl guessed wrong.

Pro tip from the coaches: The voice sliders and the language "avoid" list do more for on-brand output than any other fields. A machine can read your colors off a logo. It cannot guess that your brand never says "cutting-edge." Spend your manual minutes there.

Watch your completeness

The Brand Completeness card scores you across every brand section. Use it as a checklist, not a grade. A brand that is complete where it counts beats one that is padded everywhere.
