What is a VIP Guest?
A VIP Guest is a free user who can access your channel to view and engage with your content. They're ideal for industry contacts, clients, partners, or anyone you want to keep connected to your brand's media. VIP Guests don't count toward your paid seat total.
What can VIP Guests do?
Unlimited access to your Home feed to create and engage with posts
Unlimited access to create content using the MarketScale suite of content creation tools: Record, Upload, Request
Invite other Guests to help you expand your creator pool
What can't VIP Guests do?
Access content in the Channel Media feed (unless they created it themselves, or are added as a follower)
Access Coaching content
Manage users or channel settings
How to Invite VIP Guests
Click the "Invite Users" icon in the top-right corner of Studio.
Enter email addresses in the pop-up window. You can invite as many guests as you'd like, just make sure to set their permissions using the dropdown in their row.
Guests receive an email with a link to join your channel instantly.
