Get started creating User-Generated Content (UGC) by activating your crowd—colleagues, customers, and channel partners.

1. Identify Your Crowd & Objectives

Before logging into MarketScale Studio, consider:

  • Who will participate? Colleagues, customers, or channel partners.

  • What’s your goal? Testimonials, training content, podcast interviews, etc.

This step often happens informally in discussions with our Sales or Digital Strategist teams before you gain platform access.


2. Log into MarketScale Studio & Complete Setup

Once your account is ready, you'll receive login credentials and a guided workflow to:

  • Complete a brief survey – Share brand guidelines, key contacts, and initial campaign ideas.

  • Upload brand assets – Logos, fonts, and colors ensure your content stays on-brand.

  • Schedule your setup call – Pick a time that works best for your team’s Admins.


3. Setup Call (Admins Only)

Your Setup Call is for Admins and is a critical step before the Kickoff Call. In this session, we will:

  • Walk through key setup steps

  • Guide you in inviting teammates

  • Outline expectations for the Kickoff Call, including the UGC project

  • Discuss best practices for gathering and engaging your broader team

This ensures your team is fully prepared before the Kickoff Call.


4. Kickoff Call & Platform Overview

Your Kickoff Call is a hands-on session with your broader team (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.), where we:

  • Demo the platform – Learn how to submit edit requests, approve content, and manage projects.

  • Review your UGC project – Ensure all required videos are uploaded and aligned with your goals.

  • Discuss next steps – Assign guest users (customers/partners) and plan future campaigns (e.g., podcasts, testimonial series).

Note: If there aren’t enough participants or submitted UGC content, the Kickoff Call may be delayed.


5. Ongoing Support & Growth

After launch, we provide:

  • On-demand assistance – Reach out for strategy guidance or troubleshooting.

  • Periodic check-ins – Ensure continued success and optimize future campaigns.

  • Scalability – Expand usage across teams, customers, and new initiatives.
