My onsite video shoot date looks wrong in the dashboard

If your dashboard is showing a date that doesn't match what you booked, the booking you submitted in MarketScale is the source of truth. The production team works from your booking, not the dashboard display.

If your dashboard is showing a date that doesn't match what you booked, the booking you submitted in MarketScale is the source of truth. The production team works from your booking, not the dashboard display.

First, give it 24 hours

Dashboard display can take up to 24 hours to sync after a booking change. (This is different from the live availability calendar inside Onsite Video Booking, which refreshes every 30 seconds.) If you just submitted or modified a booking recently, wait a day and check again.

If the wrong date is still showing after 24 hours

Reach out to your MarketScale lead with these details:

  • Your channel name

  • The shoot ID (if known)

  • The date your dashboard shows

  • The date in your booking

We'll verify your booking and push the fix to your dashboard.

In the meantime

Your production team works from the booking you submitted, not the dashboard display, so your shoot is still on track for the date in the booking. Continue preparing talent, locations, and talking points for that date.
