My onsite video shoot date looks wrong in the dashboard

What to do if your dashboard shows the wrong date for an onsite video shoot.

Updated today

If your dashboard is showing the wrong date for your onsite video shoot, don't panic — the date you confirmed with your UGC Coach is what the production team works from. Dashboard sync issues don't change your actual booking.

First, give it 24 hours

Date changes can take up to 24 hours to sync across all systems. If you just confirmed a change recently, wait a day and check again before troubleshooting further.

If the wrong date is still showing after 24 hours

  1. Reach out to support using in-app chat or your UGC Coach.

  2. Include: your channel name, the shoot ID (if known), the incorrect date currently showing, and the correct date you confirmed.

  3. We'll verify the correct date is locked in with your production crew and push the fix to your dashboard.

In the meantime

Your production team works from the confirmed booking — not the dashboard display — so your shoot is still on track for the correct date. Continue preparing talent, locations, and talking points for the date you confirmed.
