For every onsite video shoot, MarketScale's production team builds the production plan—working in close coordination with your team and your dedicated UGC Coach so the day runs the way you want it to.
Who prepares the plan
Your MarketScale crew writes and owns the plan. They build it alongside:
Your UGC Coach, who translates your goals, brand, and creative direction into the on-the-ground shot list.
Your team, who provides the schedule, key participants, locations, and any access or compliance details we need to be aware of.
The crew call
About 72 hours before production, the MarketScale crew gets on a call to walk through the plan end-to-end—roles, gear, schedule, contingencies, and anything that's still open.
You're welcome to join. Clients are invited to sit in on the crew call. It's a great way to hear how the day will run, ask questions, and flag last-minute changes before the team is on the ground.
When you'll see the plan
Your UGC Coach shares the plan with you ahead of the crew call so you have time to review and weigh in. If you'd like to attend the crew call, your coach will send the invite.
What helps us build a stronger plan
The earlier we have these from your team, the smoother the shoot:
Confirmed schedule (call times, segment lengths, hard stops)
Names and roles of any participants or interviewees
Locations, room access, and any building or site rules
Brand assets, talking points, or examples of past work you like
Anything sensitive or off-limits (NDAs, restricted areas, off-camera staff)
Questions?
Reach out to your UGC Coach—they're your point of contact before, during, and after the shoot.
