If something in MarketScale Studio isn't behaving the way you expect—buttons not responding, pages not loading, clips not opening when you click them—the fastest fix is almost always one of these three browser steps. Try them in order before reaching out to support.
What this helps with: buttons that don't respond to clicks, content that won't load, "stuck" UI states, login loops, and any time something looks broken but you're not sure why.
Step 1 — Refresh the page
A simple refresh reloads the page and clears most temporary glitches.
Mac:
Cmd+RWindows / Linux:
Ctrl+R(orF5)
If a regular refresh doesn't fix it, do a hard refresh—this forces the browser to reload all assets from scratch instead of pulling them from the cache:
Mac:
Cmd+Shift+RWindows / Linux:
Ctrl+Shift+R(orCtrl+F5)
Step 2 — Open MarketScale in an incognito / private window
An incognito window runs without your saved cookies, cached files, and most extensions. If MarketScale works fine in incognito, the original problem is almost certainly cache or an extension on your normal window—clearing your cache for marketscale.com or disabling extensions one by one will usually fix it.
Chrome:
Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+NSafari: File → New Private Window, or
Cmd+Shift+NFirefox:
Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+PEdge:
Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N
Step 3 — Try a different browser
If steps 1 and 2 don't fix it, switch browsers entirely. MarketScale Studio works best on the latest version of Chrome, and also runs well on Edge, Firefox, and Safari. If the problem only happens in one browser, that browser likely has a corrupted profile, an outdated version, or an extension conflict.
Still stuck?
If the issue persists across browsers, contact MarketScale support with:
A short description of what you were trying to do
A screenshot or short screen recording of the problem
The browser and operating system you're using
The URL of the page where it happened
That detail helps us reproduce the issue and get back to you with a fix faster.
