How to read the Market Landscape tab

Read the Brand Comparison radar (7 reputation dimensions), the AI Reputation Score ranking, and the Dimension Breakdown (Efficacy, Transparency, Affinity, Authenticity). Benchmark against tracked competitors.

Market Landscape is where you find out how AI engines rank your brand against the competition. The radar chart shows you in context against tracked competitors across reputation dimensions. The ranking table tells you exactly where you stand. Use this view when you need to answer the "are we winning or losing AI search?" question for leadership.

Open Market Landscape under REPORTS

Click Market Landscape in the left navigation under REPORTS. Four tabs sit at the top of the page:

  • Overview. The radar chart plus the AI Reputation Score ranking. Your default view.

  • Evolution. How your position has shifted over time.

  • Model Comparison. The same data, broken out by AI model.

  • Raw Data. The underlying scores, available for export.

Read the Brand Comparison radar

The radar chart on the Overview tab plots every tracked brand across seven dimensions: Quality, Identity, Trust, Reputation, Efficacy, Affinity, and Authenticity. Each brand gets its own colored polygon. The bigger the shape, the stronger the brand reads to AI engines.

Use the filters above the chart to focus the view:

  • Date range. Adjust to compare against any period.

  • Competitors. Toggle specific competitors on or off.

  • All Models (Averaged). Default. Switch to a single model to see how one AI engine specifically ranks the field.

Use the AI Reputation Score ranking

Right of the radar, the AI Reputation Score table ranks every brand in the comparison by a single composite score. Your row makes the most-asked question obvious: are you above or below the brands you actually compete with?

Click See more to expand the full ranked list.

Drill into the dimension breakdown

Below the radar, the Dimension Breakdown table ranks brands across four specific dimensions: Efficacy, Transparency, Affinity, and Authenticity. Each column shows the ranked brands with their score and a horizontal bar visualization.

Find the dimensions where you trail competitors. That's your shortlist of perception gaps to close with content and AI search work.

Watch your trajectory on the Evolution tab

The Evolution tab plots your scores over time. A flat line means the work isn't moving perception. A rising line means it is. Pull this tab into leadership updates so the trajectory is visible, not just the snapshot.

Compare how each model ranks you

The Model Comparison tab splits the same data by AI engine. Use it when you suspect ChatGPT and Perplexity tell different stories about you. They often do.

Pro Tip: The radar chart is for sharing. The Dimension Breakdown is for working. Screenshots of the radar make great executive updates. The ranked dimension breakdown tells you which content gap to attack first, which is the actual thing you can change.
