If you've been watching every Request submission end to end before deciding what to do with it, you're doing more work than you need to. The Request response collector now generates an AI summary, key points, and a transcript on every submission automatically. Here's how to use it to triage faster and route content where it needs to go.
Every submission generates a summary, key points, and a transcript
The moment a contributor submits a Request response, MarketScale runs the audio through an AI pass and produces three artifacts: a short summary of what the contributor said, key points pulled out as a quick bulleted list, and a full transcript. You can scan all three in under thirty seconds and know whether the clip is worth the deeper review.
Skim the summary first to decide whether to watch
The summary is the triage layer. Skim it and you'll know within ten seconds whether this clip is a yes, a maybe, or a no. Save the watch-through time for the clips that pass the summary check. For a Request with twenty submissions, this is the difference between a thirty-minute review session and a two-hour one.
Select which responses to send to editing or AI Writer
Once you've identified the strong submissions, route them. Send the ones that need editing into the edit queue. Send the ones that work better as written content to AI Writer to draft the matching blog post, social copy, or FAQ entry. The transcript that AI Writer receives is already accurate because the AI ran a transcription pass on submission.
Streamline content creation at scale
The AI summary is what makes large-scale UGC programs actually manageable. A program running ten Requests with fifteen submissions each used to mean a hundred and fifty clips to watch. Now it means a hundred and fifty summaries to skim and the watch time reserved for the clips that pass. The same volume produces more usable content because nothing gets buried under triage overhead.
Try it this week
Open the next batch of Request responses in MarketScale. Scan the AI summaries first instead of opening each video. Select the strong ones and route them to editing or AI Writer. Time how long the triage takes versus your usual workflow. Most teams cut the review time by half on the first session.
