MarketScale offers a streamlined way to review, approve, and polish community-generated content, whether it's raw footage or a fully edited video. Below, you'll find the full process for reviewing and approving media in MarketScale, so you can collaborate with your team and manage content seamlessly.

1. Once media has been recorded or uploaded in MarketScale, approvers and administrators will find it in their Inbox. Access the Inbox by clicking the Inbox icon in the upper-right corner of MarketScale from any page.

2. The Inbox shows videos that need approval or decline. You'll recognize them by the Approve and Decline buttons in the top-right corner of each submission.

3. To start reviewing, click Proofing in the bottom-right corner of the submission.

4. The Proofing interface opens. Click the play button on the left to start watching.

5. Pause the video any time to leave time-stamped notes in the Feedback box at the bottom. Submit by clicking Submit in the bottom-right corner of the Feedback pane, or by pressing Enter.

Pro tip: Don't hesitate to make suggestions, even if you think they might not be achievable. MarketScale's editors will address every note in good faith.

6. The Proofing tool keeps a running log of all submitted feedback on the right side of the interface.

7. Repeat steps 4–6 until you've thoroughly reviewed the media. When you're done, click the Go Back button in the top-left corner to return to the media record.

8. With the video fully reviewed, click Approve in the top-right corner to finalize approval.
