Use the Inbox to intake content from your crowd and community, as well as approve or decline it for use.

MarketScale helps you tap into the power of your crowd. For example, check out what PGA built at the PGA Championship, with hundreds of video submissions from PGA community members.

Whether you have thousands of contributors sending media into your MarketScale like PGA, or a tight core community, you may want to oversee those submissions and approve or decline them according to your community guidelines.

That's why MarketScale built the Inbox, where Admins get a sneak preview into media sent in from their communities.

The Inbox is easy to find and even easier to use, just click the Inbox icon in the top right of the main menu on MarketScale:

Once you've accessed the Inbox, you'll find the navigation mirrors the Dashboard (home feed) with media available for approval or declination.

You can see those buttons in the top right of each media:

Approve automatically sends the media to your Dashboard.

Decline deletes the media from your MarketScale. Note, declining media permanently deletes the media. Only decline content if you are certain you will never need it. Remember - you can request edits in MarketScale, so it may be better for you to approve it with proofing notes and request edits to remove unwanted segments.

The Sent Box: What Is It, and How Do I Use It?

You'll notice the Inbox has 2 sections: (1) Inbox, and (2) Sent.

The Sent Box is your 1-stop shop and dashboard to check the status of your Media Requests, Open Links, and StudioMail messages.
