- Brand book for your podcast.
- Familiarize yourself with MarketScale's editing and Video2Text tools.
Steps to Edit and Produce your Podcast Episode:
Step 1: Submit Your Episode for Editing
- Navigate to the Media Studio section in MarketScale Studio, where your Conversation is stored.
- Preview the audio. Provide detailed editing directions by leaving time-coded notes. You can specify instructions like:

- Removing specific sections (e.g., "At 45 minutes, cut the cough").

- General notes (e.g., "Remove all 'ums' and 'uhs' throughout").
- Select the Brand Book for your podcast episode from the pre-set options or customize it based on your brand book.
- Submit the file for editing.
Step 2: Approve Your Edited Episode
Once the editing is completed, you'll receive a polished podcast that is ready for approval and publishing. If adjustments are needed, repeat Step 1.
Step 3: Generate Written Content Using AI Tools
Use Video2Text in MarketScale to create supplemental written content. Video2Text uses your podcast's transcript and AI writing to create things like summaries, descriptions, social media posts, and more - with just a click!
Step 4: Collaborate on Content with Docs Tool
- ShareVideo2Text content with your team / stakeholders using Docs, which facilitates real-time collaboration.
- Edit, comment, and refine the content with teammates.
- Translate or simplify language using built-in AI tools if needed.
- Once finalized, all written assets and versions are saved and ready for distribution.
