New Features

Mark Media as Completed

With the new "Mark as Completed" feature, users can signal when a media file is finalized in Media Studio, promoting efficient project tracking. Access the “Mark as Complete” button in the Media Studio room, above the comments section, to finalize your edit. Media will auto-complete after 30 days without edits, but you can revert the status to "Incomplete" anytime.

FAQs

  • Automatic Completion: Activates after 30 days of inactivity.

  • Reverting: Switch back to "Incomplete" anytime if edits are required.

Saved Orders in Video Editing

Saved Orders allow users to save and reuse video editing styles, ensuring consistent brand representation across projects. Once edits are marked as complete, users can save the current style configuration as a “Saved Order” for future requests. Saved Orders include naming options, additional style notes, and are easily accessible during new edit requests. Manage all Saved Orders through the "Brand Books" section, where they can be updated, renamed, or deleted as needed.

Benefits of Saved Orders

  • Stylistic Consistency: Automatically apply saved configurations to maintain brand standards.

  • Streamlined Workflow: Reduce repetitive setup for each new request.

  • Customizable Notes: Add specific guidelines within each Saved Order for editor clarity.
