How to Use the "Email sign-in code" Option to Log into MarketScale

If you’re having trouble logging in with your password or a connected account (like Microsoft), you can use the Email sign-in code option to access your account quickly.

When to Use the Email Sign-In Code

Use this option if:

  • You forgot your password

  • Your password isn’t working

  • Your Microsoft or SSO login fails

  • You’re stuck in a login loop or seeing errors

This method sends a one-time verification code to your email so you can log in without needing your password.


Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the MarketScale Studio login page:
http://studio.marketscale.com/login/

  • Enter your email address

  • Click Continue

Step 2: Select “Email Sign-In Code”

On the password screen:

  • Click “Email sign-in code”

  • Check your inbox for a message from MarketScale

  • Enter the verification code to complete login

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re still having trouble logging in, try the following:

  • Refresh or restart your browser – this can clear temporary session issues

  • Restart your computer – helps resolve browser or system conflicts

  • Use an incognito/private window – avoids cached data or cookie issues

  • Try a different browser

These steps often resolve temporary login conflicts.


Didn’t Receive Your Code?

If you don’t see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

  • Wait a few minutes and request a new code if needed
