When to Use the Email Sign-In Code
Use this option if:
You forgot your password
Your password isn’t working
Your Microsoft or SSO login fails
You’re stuck in a login loop or seeing errors
This method sends a one-time verification code to your email so you can log in without needing your password.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the MarketScale Studio login page:
http://studio.marketscale.com/login/
Enter your email address
Click Continue
Step 2: Select “Email Sign-In Code”
On the password screen:
Click “Email sign-in code”
Check your inbox for a message from MarketScale
Enter the verification code to complete login
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’re still having trouble logging in, try the following:
Refresh or restart your browser – this can clear temporary session issues
Restart your computer – helps resolve browser or system conflicts
Use an incognito/private window – avoids cached data or cookie issues
Try a different browser
These steps often resolve temporary login conflicts.
Didn’t Receive Your Code?
If you don’t see the email:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and request a new code if needed
