Troubleshooting Video Upload

Use these quick tips to get your video in the system. No fuss, no delays, just instant uploads.

Uploading your video shouldn’t take forever. Follow these simple steps to fix submission hiccups:

  • Fill every required field. Missing title, description, or folder info is the #1 reason uploads fail.

  • Use a fast connection. Plug in with Ethernet whenever possible. If you're on mobile or can't hardwire, switch to a 5G Wi-Fi network so your upload doesn’t stall.

    • On mobile we recommend waiting until you can connect to high speed Wi-Fi. Don't try to upload on your data... a'int nobody got time for that.

  • Check format and size. Double check the upload window for the full list. Files must be under 50GB total. If yours is bigger, split it into parts and drop them in the same folder.

    • Even if under the limit we recommend splitting uploads of over 50 files into smaller uploads and adding them to the same folder for the best and fastest upload experience.

  • Log out and back in. That fast, instant refresh can clear session glitches (cookies or cache) and let you submit again.

  • Check your browser. Sometimes folks have trouble with uploads because of their cache or an outdated browser. Try switching browsers, clearing cache or using a private browsing window.
