Uploading your video shouldn’t take forever. Follow these simple steps to fix submission hiccups:

  • Fill every required field. Missing title, description, or folder info is the #1 reason uploads fail.

  • Use a fast connection. Plug in with Ethernet whenever possible. If you must go wireless, switch to a 5G Wi-Fi network so your upload doesn’t stall.

  • Check format and size. Only MP4, MOV, etc., are accepted—see the upload window for the full list. Files must be under 10 GB. If yours is bigger, split it into parts and drop them in the same folder.

  • Stick with Chrome. It’s the most reliable browser for MarketScale. Just make sure it’s updated to the latest version.

  • Log out and back in. That fast, instant refresh can clear session glitches (cookies or cache) and let you submit again.
