Quickest Fix: Use Email Sign-In Code
If your password isn’t working, your Microsoft login fails, or you’re stuck in a login loop:
Go to:
studio.marketscale.com/loginEnter your email address
Click Continue
Select Email sign-in code
Check your inbox and enter the code
This is the fastest way to regain access.
Didn’t Receive the Code?
Check:
Spam / junk folder
Correct email address
Wait a few minutes and request a fresh code
If no code arrives, you may not have an account yet. Contact your MarketScale admin or coach.
Browser Troubleshooting
If login still fails:
Try:
Refreshing the page
Restarting your browser
Restarting your computer
Using incognito/private mode
Trying another browser
Clearing cache + cookies
“You Are Not Human” / Cloudflare Errors
If MarketScale says you’re not human:
Try:
Disable VPN
Disable proxy
Turn off ad blockers/privacy extensions
Sync system clock
Use incognito mode
Corporate Network Issues
If you’re on a company network:
Your firewall may block authentication.
Contact IT and ask them to allow MarketScale authentication traffic.
Mobile Login Issues
If login fails on mobile:
Try Chrome
Refresh the page
Retry using email sign-in code
