The monthly and weekly workflow for your AI Visibility score

A complete cadence for the AI Visibility tool. Monthly: generate the report, review prompts via People Also Ask, analyze Market Landscape. Weekly: monitor Sentiment, review Recommendations, and copy the action items into the Task tool so they get done.

The AI Visibility tool is only as useful as the rhythm you check it on. Glance at it once and it's a curiosity. Run it on a monthly-and-weekly cadence and it becomes a steering wheel for your content strategy. Here's the workflow that turns the tool into a habit instead of a dashboard you forget about.

Monthly: generate the AI Visibility Report

Once a month, generate the full AI Visibility Report. This is your baseline read on how you're showing up in AI answer engines for the prompts that matter to your business. Treat it as the monthly check-up: where did visibility move, which prompts gained or lost ground, what shifted in the competitive picture. The monthly cadence is slow enough to see real trends, not daily noise.

Monthly: review prompts via People Also Ask

Inside the monthly review, dig into the People Also Ask prompts. These are the actual questions buyers are asking AI engines in your category. Each one is a content opportunity: a prompt you're not showing up for is a video you haven't made yet. The People Also Ask list is effectively a content backlog handed to you by what the market is actually searching.

Monthly: analyze the Market Landscape

Round out the monthly review with the Market Landscape view. This shows where you sit relative to the competitors you've configured. The landscape tells you whether you're gaining or losing ground in the AI answer space against the names you actually compete with, which sets the priority for the month's content push.

Weekly: monitor Sentiment and review Recommendations

Weekly is the faster loop. Check the Sentiment tool to catch shifts in how your brand is being characterized, and review the Recommendations the tool surfaces. Weekly is frequent enough to catch a problem before it compounds and to act on a recommendation while it's still timely. The monthly report sets direction; the weekly check keeps you on it.

Weekly: copy action items into the Task tool

Insight that doesn't become a task evaporates. Each week, copy the action items from the Recommendations directly into the MarketScale Task tool so they get assigned and tracked. The difference between a team that improves its AI visibility and one that just monitors it is whether the recommendations turn into recorded videos. The Task tool is what closes that loop.

Try it this week

Open the AI Visibility tool in MarketScale. Run this week's check: scan Sentiment, review the Recommendations, and copy at least one action item into the Task tool with an owner and a date. Then block thirty minutes at the start of next month for the full report. Two cadences, one steering wheel.
