If you used the Publish to MarketScale button but your content is not appearing where you expected, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
It went to a different destination than you intended
When you click Publish to MarketScale, you choose between two destinations: your Creator Hub, or Industry News on the MarketScale Network.
If you picked the wrong one, the content will not appear where you were looking. Your Creator Hub is scoped to the channel you are working in, so you cannot publish to the wrong hub as long as you are in the right channel (the only way content lands on the wrong hub is if you were in the wrong channel when you published).
Return to Media Studio, open the publish flow, and resubmit to the correct destination.
Your content was never actually published (the most common cause)
Marking content Complete does not publish it. Complete and Published are two separate steps: marking a piece Complete makes it eligible, but it stays off your hub until you take the extra step of clicking Publish to MarketScale. That manual step is deliberate, it keeps you in control of whether and when something goes live on your public page. If your content is marked Complete but not on your hub, open it and use the Publish to MarketScale button.
Your Channel Brief looks out of date
The Channel Brief refreshes automatically when you publish, but it can take a few minutes to reflect your latest content. If it looks outdated right after publishing, wait a moment and refresh the page.
If none of these resolves it, reach out to your MarketScale contact with the link to your media studio and the Creator Hub you published to.
