The process is quick and straightforward, designed to get your content in front of the right B2B audience in a timely manner.

How to Publish on MarketScale.com

To get your content published, simply email [email protected] with a link to your video in Studio! Seriously, that's it!

NOTE: All you need to submit over email is a link to your video in Studio. However, more context never hurts. If you want to give publishers more to work with, consider including the following in your email too:

  • The date you want your content to go live (you can choose between immediate publishing, scheduling it for a later date, or leaving it in draft)

  • Links to the LinkedIn profiles of anyone in the video

  • Additional context on the topic, like links to supplemental blogs, news reports, etc.

  • Graphics to include in the write-up

After you send your email in, our publishing team will handle the rest. Once your content is posted to the publication, you'll get a confirmation email back with a link to the post.

NOTE: For your content to be published on MarketScale.com, it must be "Marked Complete" in MarketScale Studio, indicating there are no further edits that might delay the publication or force a retraction. Please ensure you've reviewed your video before Marking Complete and submitting. Spelling errors are commonly missed, for example!

MarketScale will consider any submission for publication in relevant industry publications. However, it's best to keep the following guidelines in mind while submitting your media.

Publishing Guidelines

Firstly, ensure the content is not incomplete (like still undergoing active edits) or of poor quality. This can include unclear sound, low resolution, and incomplete visuals.

In addition to this, your media should not be overly salesy. Remember, your audience will grow if you post credible, authentic, and thought-leading content.

Once you’ve sent your media to our publishing team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with either the scheduled publish date or a direct link to the live episode.

In some cases, the publishing team may request minor revisions before your content goes live. Don’t worry—usually, this just means that your submission needs some changes: Perhaps your channel details are missing or the name of your guest has been misspelt in the video.

At this point, you have the chance to fix the issue (usually through the Media Studio of your content) and resend the updated submission to the same email address: [email protected]. From there, our publishing team will take another look at it, and soon, your content will go live!
