Steps to create a Brand Book

Step 1. Access Brand Books
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the homepage, then select Brand Books.

Step 2. Create a new Brand Book
In the left-hand column, click the Create Brand Book button.

Step 3. Upload brand assets
Fill in the fields with your brand assets:

  • Logos

  • Color palette

  • Fonts

  • Graphic elements

  • Images

  • Voice and tone notes

  • Legal and compliance information

  • Example intros and outros

  • Music

  • Examples of finished videos

  • Miscellaneous notes

Step 4. Save your Brand Book
Once all assets are uploaded, click Save. The Brand Book is now available for any relevant edit request.

Step 5. Manage multiple Brand Books
You can create multiple Brand Books and duplicate existing ones to maintain consistency across similar projects (e.g., one per product line, brand, or sub-team).
