Finalizing edits in Media Studio is simple with the Mark as Complete feature, allowing you to signal when a media file is ready and finalized.


Steps to Mark Media as Completed

  1. Open the Media Studio Room: In the Media Studio room for your media file, you can find the Mark as Complete button in the top-right corner above the comments section.

  2. Mark as Complete: Click Mark as Complete to finalize your edit and signal it is ready.



    Note: Media will automatically be marked as complete 30 days after the last edit, but you can revert to "Incomplete" if further edits are needed.
