How to Use "Email sign-in code" Option to Log into MarketScale

If you have a MarketScale account, but you're having trouble logging in with your password or other accounts like Microsoft, email a code!

Initial Login Screen

  1. Navigate to the MarketScale Studio login page - http://studio.marketscale.com/login/

  2. Enter your email address in the provided field (e.g., [email protected])

  3. Click Continue

Email Code Authentication

  1. On the login screen with password field, look for the "Email sign-in code" option

  2. Click on "Email sign-in code"

  3. Check your email inbox for a verification code sent from MarketScale

  4. Enter the received code to complete your login

  • Using incognito/private browsing mode often helps bypass cookie-related login issues
