If you’re using MarketScale Studio and not clicking your profile dropdown daily… you're leaving strategy, consistency, and speed on the table. This little menu packs massive control: from brand management to inbox triage, user invites to content visibility.

Here’s a breakdown of every button, what it does, and how to use it:


🧑‍💼 Edit Profile

Update your name, job title, company, and contact info. Manage your notifications.


Why it matters: This info appears on all media requests. Keep it sharp. Plus, you'll want to control which emails you do and don't receive.


🧠 Switch Channels & Edit Channel

Jump between channels by clicking the Channel name.

Change the name of your channel, assign your industry, and update your channel AI prompt by clicking Edit Channel.

👥 Invite Users


Add teammates with just an email—or upload a full CSV.
Choose between Standard User and VIP Guest Pass.
