Your home page is your jump-off point for fast, no-frills content creation. This guide breaks down every tool on the screen so you can get comfortable with MarketScale in under 10 minutes and start turning your community into everyday creators.

The Top Bar
This is your always-visible navigation bar, the place to jump, search, and manage work quickly.
Logo: click anytime to return home.
Search: find videos, people, and companies instantly.
Video Tracker: track editing progress from Needs Pickup to Completed.
Tasks: assign and manage work.
Inbox: see all content pending approval.
Folders: browse your organizational folders.
Invite Users: add collaborators via email or en masse with CSV import.
Profile Dropdown: edit your profile, manage groups, view gallery, and (admins) manage users and brand books.
The Profile
This menu is your all-purpose tool kit for managing your identity, organization, and admin-level options. Admin-only options are in italics.
Profile + Channel: update your personal details and channel info.
Inbox / Video Tracker / Folders: jump directly to key pages.
Groups: organize content by team or project.
Gallery: pin standout video examples for quick reference.
Admin Tools: manage users, brand books, and saved orders (admins only).
The Toolbar
Your creation tools live here. Everything you need to record and collect content.
Record: record your webcam or screen with up to 4 participants.
Upload: add video, audio, and images from any device.
Request: send content requests and surveys to teammates, customers, partners.
Onsite Booking: book a pro video crew with live availability, an AI-drafted brief, and one-click team invites. See the full booking flow.
Heads up: We merged Record and Conversations into one master recording feature called Record Media. You can use it to record solo, or in groups. We also removed StudioMail, since you can access it using the Share button for any content directly on the card in the feed and inbox.
The Feed
The homepage (or dashboard) is now split into four feeds:
Home: Your community hub. See completed projects, direct posts from your team, highlighted updates and coaching posts.
Channel: The raw feed. The unfiltered view of everything happening in your org (On-sites, Recordings, Uploads, Requests) in any editing status.
My Media: Your personal workspace. If you created it or are collaborating on it, it's here.
Coaching: Native learning. Watch quick tips from admins and experts to upskill without leaving the page.
Heads up. These are new features since the video was recorded. VIP Guests are not able to access the Channel and Coaching feeds, and content from the Coaching feed is hidden from them in the Home feed.
Video Cards
Video cards in the feed and the inbox display all the content your channel has created and uploaded.
Card Info: title, uploader, company, and date.
Status + Rating: see where editing stands.
Downloads: grab media files and transcripts.
Playback: watch clips immediately.
Folders + Interactions: folder tagging, likes, and comments.
Media Studio: collaborate on edit orders, make tasks tied to projects, use AI writing to turn talk tracks into text and translations, save orders, and more.
