Do I need to set up Brand Brain before I can create content?
Yes. Content creation runs on your Brand Brain so everything you make reflects your real brand. If it will not start, set up your Brand Brain first. See How to set up your Brand Brain.
Does Fill with AI overwrite what I have already entered?
No. Fill with AI only writes into empty fields. Anything you have entered by hand stays exactly as you set it.
Who can edit Brand Brain?
Brand Brain is owned and maintained by channel Admins. Editing brand data, knowledge files, memories, and sources requires the right permissions in your channel. If you cannot see or change something, your channel admin can grant access.
Are proposed memories used automatically?
No. Proposed memories sit in a review table and do nothing until an admin approves them. Approve the ones that are true and reusable, reject the rest. Only approved memories inform future AI actions.
Can I create content without a specific video?
Yes. Open a chat on its own to create from scratch or from inputs you provide. One thing to note: requesting a video edit needs a specific piece of content, so start those from the video in the Media Studio.
Can more than one person work in the same conversation?
Yes. Teammates can join the same session. One person drives at a time while others follow along, so you collaborate without stepping on each other.
What formats can I export written content to?
Blog posts and documents export to PDF, Word, and Markdown, from the chat canvas or the Media Library.
Do sub-brands need their own setup?
Fill the master brain first. A sub-brand inherits from the parent and you override only what is different, so an empty parent gives a sub-brand nothing to inherit. Your channel's master brain starts empty on purpose. See How sub-brands work in Brand Brain.
Can I create content in other languages?
Yes. MarketScale can create translated versions of a base video so you reach audiences the original could not.
