How to use your Media Library

Everything you create collects in your Media Library. Filter, rename, file into folders, share, download, and export from one place.

Every asset you create, from clips to blog posts to audio, lands in your Media Library. It is the home for finished work, built so you can find a specific asset fast and get it where it needs to go. This is for anyone managing the output of a busy channel.

Find what you need

The library shows your finished assets in a grid. Filter by category to see just video, audio, images, or documents, and sort by date or name. What you are looking for is a couple of clicks away, not a scroll through everything you have ever made.

Organize and reuse

  • Rename an asset so it reads clearly later.

  • File it into a folder to group a campaign or a shoot, using an existing folder or a new one.

  • Add it to sales materials so the right assets are ready for the people who sell.

  • Open it in chat to keep working on it with MarketScale.

Get it out the door

Share an asset with a link, download it, or export a written asset to PDF, Word, or Markdown. Need to move fast on a batch? Select several assets and download or manage them together with bulk actions.

Pro tip from the coaches: File assets into a folder the moment they are done, not later. A folder per campaign or per shoot turns your library into a package you can hand to sales or a partner in one move, instead of a pile you have to dig through the week of the deadline.
