Security and access control
Sales Team Materials is scoped to your organization by default, with controls for how content gets shared externally.
All assets are scoped to your organization. Only members can browse them.
Creators can edit and delete their own uploads.
Organization administrators have full management access.
Share links provide controlled external access without exposing the rest of your Sales Team Materials library.
Downloads on shared links can be enabled or disabled per link.
Executable files are blocked from upload.
