How to fix missing email notifications in MarketScale

How to fix missing MarketScale email notifications. Go to your profile picture (top right), Edit Profile, then Notification Center, and check every box: channel updates, media requests, content ready for approval, comments, content updates, and more.

If you're missing updates about your videos, requests, or approvals, the cause is almost always a notification setting rather than a platform problem. The fix takes about a minute. Here's where to look and what to turn on so nothing slips past you again.

Open your profile and go to Edit Profile

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of MarketScale and select Edit Profile. This is where your account-level settings live, including the controls that decide what lands in your inbox. Most people never visit this screen after setup, which is exactly why notifications quietly stop reaching the right place.

Find the Notification Center

Inside Edit Profile, open the Notification Center. This is the master list of every type of email MarketScale can send you. If notifications have been spotty, this is the screen that explains why. Each notification type has its own toggle, and any one of them being off means that category of update never reaches your email.

Check every box that matters to your role

Turn on the notifications relevant to your work: channel updates, media requests, content ready for approval, approved content, comments and likes, content updates, declined content, and domain updates. If you're the person running the program, check all of them. Each box maps to a real event you'd want to know about, and the cost of an extra email is far lower than the cost of missing an approval request.

Try it this week

Open MarketScale, click your profile picture, go to Edit Profile, and open the Notification Center. Check every box that maps to something you'd want to know about. One minute now means you stop finding out about approvals and comments days after they happened.
