How to use the AI chatbot for instant self-service support

How to get instant answers from the MarketScale support chatbot. Click the circular icon on any page, type your question, get step-by-step help, and escalate to a live agent or your coach when needed.

MarketScale includes a built-in assistant that answers most "how do I do this" questions instantly, so you don't have to wait for an email reply or dig through articles. Here's what it handles well, and when a question is better sent to a person.

Where the assistant lives

The assistant sits behind the circular icon in the lower-right corner of every page in MarketScale, and it's available 24/7. It answers right where you are, so you never navigate away from what you were doing.

The kinds of questions it answers

It handles plain-language questions like "How do I submit an edit request?", "Where do my Request responses go?", or "How do I change my notification settings?" and returns step-by-step instructions based on how the platform actually works. For most day-to-day questions the answer comes back in seconds.

What it is best at

The assistant is strongest on the questions people ask most: submitting edit requests, navigating video responses, finding where content lives, and adjusting settings. Those are the moments where a thirty-second answer keeps you moving.

When to bring in a human

Some questions need a person: strategy questions, account-specific issues, and anything judgment-heavy. For those, you can escalate to a live support agent, or reach out to your MarketScale coach directly. A good rule of thumb: the assistant is for the "how do I" questions, and your coach is there for the "what should we do" questions.
