With MarketScale's Filter options, you can easily check the status of your media—whether it's available for editing, in progress, or completed. Follow these three steps to refine your dashboard view:

Step 1: Open the Filter Menu

  • From the Dashboard, click Filter in the top-left corner of the page.

Step 2: Select Editing Status

  • Under Editing Status, choose the status categories you want to view.

  • You can select multiple statuses to see media in different stages simultaneously.

  1. Step 3: Apply Your Filtered View

    • Click Apply Filter at the bottom of the Filter menu.

Your Dashboard will now only display the media that matches your selected criteria.

Pro Tip:

Need a quick report on media status? This filtering method is the best way to generate an overview of media in different editing stages. To check if your media is ready for review, select both In Editing and Edited statuses.

Clearing Your Filters

To return to a full view of all media:

  1. Open the Filter menu.

  2. Click Clear on the right side of the search bar.

  3. Click Apply Filter to reset your Dashboard.

Additional Filter Options

  • Sort by: Adjust the timeline of your feed (e.g., newest to oldest, oldest to newest). Note: The default setting is Newest to Oldest.

  • Media Type: Filter by your media only, videos, or recorded conversations.

  • Recent Folders: Quickly locate media in frequently used folders. You can also use the Search bar to find folders, regardless of recency.

By using these filters effectively, you can streamline your workflow and easily track the status of your media.
