With Filter options, you can see what's available to edit, in editing, and edited with three easy steps.
Step 1: From the Dashboard, click Filter in the top left of the page:
Step 2: Using the Editing Status options, you can filter your Dashboard feed to show only media in those statuses. You can also multiselect statuses.
Step 3: Apply your filtered view by clicking Apply Filter at the bottom of the Filter menu.
You will now see a filtered view of the Dashboard including only the items that match your filter criteria.
PRO TIP: this is the best practice to create a report of media by editing status! If you're checking to see if your media is edited and ready for you, use Filter to show In Editing and Edited status media.
Important: make sure to Clear your Filter to view all media in your feed. From the Filter menu, click Clear and then Apply Filter.
Other Filter options include:
Sort by: adjust the timeline of your feed to see oldest media first, newest media first, and so on. Please note, your Dashboard feed defaults to Newest to Oldest.
Media type: filter for your media only, or videos or recorded conversations.
Recent Folders: quickly locate media by popular recent folders. You can also utilize the Search bar to search for folders, regardless of their recency.
