Tags are a great tool for organizing and improving the searchability of your content.

In this article, you will learn how to create and/or apply a tag to media in MarketScale.

Once you are logged in to MarketScale, navigate to the dashboard / home feed.

Locate any media you'd like to tag, and click on Tags + in the bottom left corner of the media card.

A popover modal will appear. Start typing to search for an existing tag - when you have the tag you want, click it and it will automatically apply to the media. If you see your tag in the recent / popular tags, simply click it there and it will automatically be applied to the media.

You can also hit Enter on your keyboard to lock in a new tag, if you do not see the one you need already.

Your tag is now attached to the media card.

You can click X to remove a tag. Please note, once created tags cannot be edited. If you made a mistake in your tag you created, just make another.

Once you have created a tag, you can proceed to using tag pages. Learn more about tag pages here.
