[Videographer] How to Submit Invoices

As a MarketScale Videographer, following the correct invoicing procedure ensures you'll get paid promptly and efficiently.

For Domestic Videographers (US-Based)

  1. Prepare your invoice with the following information:

    • Your full name and contact details

    • Project details (date, location, and specific services provided)

    • Your agreed-upon rate

    • Any reimbursable expenses (with receipts attached if required)

  2. Submit through the invoice portal:

  3. Confirmation: You should receive confirmation once your invoice has been received and approved.

For International Videographers

  1. Prepare your invoice with the same information listed above.

  2. Payment options:

    • Request payment via PayPal

    • Request payment via Payoneer

    • Include your preferred payment method and relevant account information on your invoice

  3. Submit to accounting: Send your completed invoice directly to [email protected] with the subject line "International Videographer Invoice - [Your Name] - [Project Date]"

Tips for Smooth Processing

  • Always reference the specific project or shoot in your invoice

  • Include the date and location of the shoot

  • Submit your invoice promptly after project completion

  • Follow up if you haven't received confirmation within 5 business days
