Open the media file you want to edit.
Click the three dots (•••) located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select "Edit Settings" from the dropdown menu to open the privacy settings.
Under Privacy Settings, choose the right level of access:
Only Me + Organization Admins:
The media will be visible only to you and other Admins.
My Organization:
The media will be accessible to all Members and Admins within your organization.
Specific Group:
The media will be visible only to members of the selected group.
Click Save to apply the changes.
