Once contributors have submitted their Request responses, the next step shouldn't involve downloading files and re-uploading them somewhere else. MarketScale moves responses straight into the editing workflow in a few clicks. Here's the fast path from "the responses are in" to "the edit is submitted."
Select the responses you want to use
Open the Request and select the responses worth turning into a video. You don't have to use every submission. Pick the strong ones, leave the rest, and the platform bundles only what you selected into the edit. This is where the triage pays off: the AI summary on each response helps you decide what makes the cut before you commit them to an edit.
Choose privacy settings and channel groups
Before you submit, set the privacy level and the channel groups the finished video should belong to. This decides who can see the video once it's done and where it lives in your channel structure. Setting it now means the finished video lands in the right place automatically instead of needing to be filed and permissioned after the fact.
Submit for an edit without leaving the platform
With the responses selected and the settings chosen, submit the edit request. The selected responses, the privacy settings, and the channel groups all travel with the request. No downloading, no re-uploading, no losing track of which file is which. The editor receives everything in one bundle and the finished video lands where you told it to.
Try it this week
Open a Request in MarketScale that already has responses. Select the two or three strongest, set the privacy and channel groups, and submit for an edit. The whole flow takes a couple of minutes, and you've gone from raw contributor submissions to a video in the editing queue without ever leaving the platform.
