Managing user roles in MarketScale is essential for fostering collaboration, protecting data privacy, and ensuring that users engage with the platform according to their responsibilities.

VIP Guest

  • Access & Capabilities:
VIP Guests can create media, receive media requests, and even serve as approvers for their own contributions. They have full access to the tools necessary to produce and manage the media they create.

  • Visibility:
Their view is restricted to content they have contributed. This limitation helps maintain data privacy and confidentiality. At the end of the day, they're Guests in your Org!

  • Additional Engagement:
Members and Admins can extend visibility by @ tagging VIP Guests in media comments, allowing them to engage with specific content beyond their own contributions.

Member

  • Access & Capabilities:
Members enjoy all the functionalities of VIP Guests, with the added benefit of broader access.

  • Visibility:
They can view and interact with all approved media across the platform, ensuring a richer collaborative experience.

Admin

  • Access & Capabilities:
Admins have complete control over MarketScale. Their comprehensive permissions allow them to:

    • View and manage all content, regardless of its approval stage.

    • Track pending media requests and oversee content approval processes.

  • Responsibilities:
With full visibility and control, Admins are tasked with ensuring the platform operates smoothly. They require a deep understanding of MarketScale’s functionality to manage and monitor the content pipeline effectively.
