When do videos leave the video status view?

Videos auto-complete after 14 days, or you can manually complete them anytime to clear your status view.

Updated today

Videos leave your video status view in one of two ways — automatically after 14 days, or manually whenever you're ready to clear them out.

Automatic completion (14 days)

Once a video is marked Completed, it stays in your status view for 14 days. After that, it rolls off the view automatically. You don't need to do anything — this keeps your active list focused on in-progress work.

Manual completion (any time)

Want a finished video off your status view sooner? Use the Complete button next to any completed video to remove it immediately. Steps:

  • Open your Video Status view.

  • Find the video you want to remove.

  • Click the Complete button next to it.

  • The video disappears from the status view right away.

Where completed videos live after that

Leaving the status view doesn't delete your video. You'll still find it in your Home feed, folders, and anywhere else you've used it. The status view is just a work-in-progress dashboard — not a permanent library.
