MarketScale has a built-in Record Media tool purpose-built for podcasting. Invite guests, capture high-quality audio and video, and push your story to your feed in minutes. This walkthrough covers the full flow from setup to save.
Prerequisites
Willing participants.
Step 1: Set up your recording room
Full walkthrough: How to Record Media on MarketScale. Quick version:
Log in to MarketScale and open Record Media.
Name your recording room. Any label that will help you recognize it later works.
Add up to four participants including yourself. If you are setting this up for someone else, you can remove yourself and add the right guests.
Step 2: Prepare for the recording
Once inside the room, review your guest lineup. You can see each participant's status (muted or unmuted) and resend invitations if needed.
Test each participant's camera and microphone to make sure everyone is ready for a high-quality capture.
Adjust microphone placement to avoid issues like over-amplification (too close) or thin pickup (too far).
Step 3: Record your episode
Once every participant has joined, click Start Recording.
Stay mindful of framing. Make sure each face is well-lit, centered, and the background is intentional. Keep the camera at eye level with a bit of headroom.
Step 4: Finalize and save
When the conversation is complete, click Stop Recording. You can run multiple recording segments in the same room.
Recorded files are saved automatically, ready for post-production editing and final polish.
