There’s no UGC without creators. Here’s how to add users to your Studio Channel and start building your network of contributors.
✅ How to Invite Users
1. Open the Invite Pop-Up
Click Invite Users (top right masthead) or
Click your Profile > Invite Users
The pop-up allows you to:
Enter email addresses one by one
Upload a CSV list for bulk invites
Select a role (Standard or Guest, unless you’re an Admin with higher permissions)
Resend pending invites if needed
Standard Users = your internal team and anyone you want to empower with full creation access
Guest Users = clients, partners, vendors, and other external contributors
🎯 Pro Tip: Guests are your growth engine. Add as many as possible—partners, clients, vendors—so your network becomes an army of creators fueling your channel.
🔐 Admins Only: Create a User
Admins have the ability to bypass the normal invite flow and directly create user accounts. This is useful when you need to set up accounts ahead of time, control credentials, or assign specific roles from the start.
How to Create a User
Go to Profile > Admin Actions > Users
Click Create User
Fill out the required fields:
Email
Username
Password
Role (Admin, Standard, or Guest)
🎯 Pro Tip: Use Create User to pre-build accounts before onboarding sessions, or when you need to issue controlled login credentials.
👥 Who Can Invite or Create Users?
Role | Can Invite? | Can Create? | Roles They Can Invite |
Admin | ✅ Yes | ✅ Yes | Full control over user roles & access |

Guest | ✅ Yes | ❌ No | Guest only |

🚀 Growth Tips
Leverage whitelisted logic. Everyone from your domain defaults to Standard automatically. That’s your internal core.
Add more Guests, not fewer. The real hack: invite as many external users as you can. Why? Because every partner, client, and vendor can join your army of creators—expanding your reach and multiplying your content.
Don’t wait. If your role allows, start inviting today. Growth happens when you take action.
Use CSV uploads. For large groups, uploading a list is faster than manual entry.
